Payment Policy

All on line purchases for Matt Lamar Shoes are by credit card only (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club). Billing information for your shoe purchase must reflect the same information shown on your credit card statement for processing. In addition, please include a valid e-mail address and phone number for order confirmation. Your credit card will be charged when your order ships. Purchases will require state sales tax, where applicable.

Return Policy

ONLY unworn footwear and accessories can be returned within 14 days of purchase for an even exchange or charge credit. Please include your original receipt with the returned product. All packages must be prepaid and insured for your own protection. Shipping & Handling are non-refundable.
